  • Ardiles stressed that everyone connected with the club must support the team to "survive this season" and then assess future steps.
  • His comments were made at an event celebrating the 100th park bench unveiled by former team-mate Micky Hazard's mental health charity, Legend On The Bench.
  • The charity, co-founded by Hazard after his nephew's suicide in 2019, aims to promote mental well-being and was attended by other Tottenham greats.
