Ospreys sign Sam Moore hours after immediate release by Cardiff announced

Sam Moore has signed for the Ospreys after being released by Cardiff.

The No. 8 has struggled for minutes at the Arms Park due to a spate of injures and intense back-row competition. With Taulupe Faletau heading to Cardiff next year, he faced an even tougher task ahead.

As such, the decision has been made for the 23-year-old to leave the Welsh capital with immediate effect - with the Ospreys snapping up the former Sale star.
