DJ Khaled's "cringey" Oscars appearance has been compared to Taylor Swift being interrupted by Kanye West in 2009.
Viewers were far from impressed when he unexpectedly appeared as three hosts Regina Hall, Wanda Sykes and Amy Schumer were being introduced at the start.
Khaled suddenly took to the stage and he praised the “three queens”.
He yelled: “Let me introduce this the right way. I’m talking about actresses, a comedian, moguls, bosses. I’m talking about how the outfits look amazing. They didn’t believe in us. The Oscars did.”
Then, he told the audience to “make some noise” as viewers were left baffled by what was going on.
The women didn't seem to be ticked off but the same couldn't be said for those watching on from home.
Khaled was slammed after the “odd” and “totally unnecessary” ceremony moment.
Some even said it was a throw back to 13 years ago when Kanye infamously interrupted Taylor during the VMAs.
Their infamous feud began when the rapper hijacked Taylor's acceptance speech to claim she didn't deserve her award.
One tweeted “Oh good DJ Khaled had to come out and take the spotlight when the three female hosts are being introduced,” wrote one person.
Another said: “Ah yes, we really needed DJ Khaled and TWO Amy Schumer monologues about not watching the nominees to kick things off.”
A third wrote: “What da heck was DJ Khaled doing?! Thought we had a Kanye moment.”
Amy didn't seem to bothered by it all.
The comedian shocked the audience by roasting Leonardo DiCaprio.
The comedian was discussing the divisive Best Picture nomination for Netflix's climate crisis satire Don't Look Up.
She said: "I guess the academy members don't look up reviews.
"Leonardo DiCaprio, what can I say about him? He has done so much to fight climate change and leave behind a cleaner, greener planet for his girlfriends."
It's not the first time the movie icon has faced a brutal joke at an awards ceremony.
When Ricky Gervais was hosting the Golden Globes, he made an effort to prod Leo's relationship history.
"Leo DiCaprio attended the premiere of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and by the end, his date was too old for him," Gervais said.
"Even Prince Andrew is like, "Come on, mate'."
