Bo Nix has projections to go from the first-round to a mid-second-round pick. However, according to Draft Wire, Nix would be the best pick for the Denver Broncos at the 12th spot.
Luckily, someone else believes Nix would be a great fit in Denver: Bo Nix himself.
Nix recently appeared on Robert Griffin III’s podcast RG3 and The Ones to discuss his preparation for the upcoming NFL draft. When asked how cool it would be to play for Denver’s head coach, Sean Payton, Nix elaborated that playing for someone who brought so much to the game could be a great match. Nix also believes he would be a good scheme fit.
“He’s known a lot for what he and Drew Brees did together,” Nix told RGIII. “It was quick game, get the ball out, timing stuff that I love to do. That’s what we did so great here at Oregon.”
Bo Nix would absolutely love to play for the Denver Broncos and Sean Payton,

Nix completed 77.8 percent of his passes in his senior season, an NCAA record. With Nix coming from a precision-based pass attack, that would fit in perfectly with Payton and how he grew New Orleans and Drew Brees to one of the NFL’s most significant pass attacks. Perhaps Payton and the front office brass will see what Nix sees.
