Thousands are expected to descend on Ayrshire today as orange walks take place across the region.
Police have warned that marches are expected to cause traffic disruption in Ayr where more than 3,000 people and 27 bands are anticipated.
South Ayrshire Council said: "An Orange Order parade is taking place in Ayr today.
"The parade starts at 11.30am and finishes at around 2.30pm.
"The route includes the Low Green area and the town centre, so please plan any journeys, as there could be some disruption to traffic."
The County Grand Lodge of Ayrshire, Renfrewshire and Argyll are organising events and they advise that the route will leave from Low Green and make its way to a nearby war memorial before heading along Miller Road and onto Sandgate before making its way back to Low Green.
Up to three parades are also expected to take place in East Ayrshire today, according to the council.
The 'Rising Sons of the Covenanters LOL 2010' will host a 'Celebration of the Protestant Faith' at 8.30am and 5pm in Cumnock.
While 'Afton Lily LOL 247' have organised an 'Annual Boyne Celebration' at 8.30am and 4pm in New Cumnock.
And 'John Knox LOL 132' plan to have their 'annual parade' at 9am and 4pm in Drongan, although this event has yet to be given 'approved' status by the local authority while the Cumnock and New Cumnock marches have.
And in South Ayrshire, three parades have been approved to take place this weekend but no times have been indicated by the council.
'Annbank Rising Star LOL' will march through Annbank and Mossblown on Saturday; 'Carsons True Blues' will parade in Ayr; and an 'Annual Boyne Celebration' is earmarked for Ayr organised by the 'County Grand Lodge of Ayrshire, Renfrewshire & Argyll'.
North Ayrshire Council does not have a list of processions scheduled to take place.
But earlier this year it was mooted that the 'Ardrossan Walker Club of the Apprentice Boys of Derry' would parade in Ardrossan last night at 6.45pm.
In addition, it was indicated that 'Irvine Newtown District LOL 56' would host a parade in Irvine at 8.50am this morning.
The South Ayrshire police warning reads: "Orange Lodge parade, Ayr, 11.30am on Saturday, July 2.
"It is expected 3,000 plus people and 27 bands will travel to Ayr.
"The parade will take place in the town centre and is likely to cause traffic disruption. Please plan ahead for any journeys."
