Unity Software Inc (NYSE:U) ranks among the top-performing video game development enterprises, with the equity up 65% for the year. Unfortunately, U stock hasn't been immune to recent tech sector pressure, losing about 20% in the trailing month. To be quite blunt, circumstances look shaky, with even mighty gold losing its grip. Still, for the intrepid, Unity may have flashed an upside signal.
What makes U stock so intriguing as a trading idea is that no traditional methodology would natively point to Unity as an attractive bullish idea. For example, the security trades at nearly 130-times forward earnings. That doesn't exactly sound cheap. Further, the equity is priced at 8.97 times trailing-year sales, which is more than double what it was a little more than one year ago.
