Oodie launches 'Prime Deals' sale with up to £40 off as new Barbie design released

Amazon might be the king of Prime Deals right now, but it's not the only one offering shoppers a discount.

As Amazon Prime Day 2023 is now in full swing, with thousands of kitchen gadgets, fashion and beauty items and household essentials reduced, Oodie has released it own offers.

Billed as 'Prime Deals', the retailer, which is famous for its snuggly loungewear, is giving shoppers up to £40 off.

The 'wearable blankets' became a huge hit last year, with shoppers saying the oversized hoodies helped them save on those energy bills by avoiding the need for central heating when temperatures cooled.

Worn by people of all ages, we reported how, while not specifically promoting the Oodie brand, one woman speaking on Martin Lewis' Money Saving Expert website said she hadn't needed her heating at all since buying such clothing.

The up to £40 offers applies to designs including avocado, bubble tea, staffy, cake, cheese, tie dye and more.

While summer may have only just begun, it won't be long until the nights draw in and families will once again be looking to keep warm through the autumn and winter - and as our own review showed, these are perfect for doing exactly that.

Sadly the offer doesn't apply to all 'new arrivals' but the latest addition of Barbie-themed Oodies are set to go down a storm ahead of the new movie being released later this month.

The Barbie Collection includes the Kids Oodie, costing £87, the adult Oodie for £99, the Sleep Tee for £74 and the Oodie Weighted Blanket for £119.

The website does allow you to pay with four interest-free payments so that could be a good option for those wanting to stock up with some early Christmas or birthday presents.
