Ontario launches three new pathways to PR: Good news for self-employed physicians

Canada PR news: Ontario announced an overhaul of its Provincial Nominee Programs adding three new pathways to become a permanent resident. In Canada, each province sets its own eligibility criteria for citizenship, while the federal government runs several nationwide PR programs. The provincial programs also give PR to individuals the same way through Express Entry but when a province nominates a person for PR, they are supposed to work in that province only.
