A former NHS worker said he made £3,000 during his first week on OnlyFans after quitting the health service. James Crowe, 23, who was a healthcare assistant for dementia patients, now creates content for the subscription service.
James, who said he creates sexualised content, told GB News hosts Anne Diamond and Mark Longhurst that OnlyFans is just as hard work as his NHS role, but different. He said it was the 'better option' financially as he took home around £1,100 after tax from his previous job.
Asked if it was demoralising work, James, 23, who worked for the NHS in Bournemouth, said: “I'm not sleeping with anyone on camera, it’s content creation…it is also probably just as hard work as what I was doing in healthcare, just a different style of work.
