OnlyFans’ biggest stars are hiring professional sexters to reply to horny DMs

Some of OnlyFans’ most prominent content creators are hiring assistants - to respond to their explicit and horny DMs on the platform.

That’s even though it’s actually against the rules for creators to do this, as expressed in the OnlyFans’ Terms of Service. (There’s a provision that the creators can’t share their passwords or allow anyone else to use their access to their pages.)

In a recent report from Mel Magazine, writer Jake Hall spoke with OnlyFans creators who do it.

“Almost every creator that I know uses a management company,” said Lara, who used an alias and is a former sex worker who quit the platform earlier this year to focus on writing endeavours.

“Once you get over a certain number of subscribers, it’s an impossible task to handle the messaging alone,” she explains.

Despite this, some creators do their best to manage their own accounts such as someone who went by the alias Sarah. The content creator has an OnlyFans profile that ranks in the top one per cent.

She told Mel Magazine that her page “easily over 100 messages a day,” but she still manages her account without a management team.

However, similar to Lara, she said it is “common” for the well-known “creators to have assistants and sexters.”

“They have literal teams that work around the clock — many of which are men.”

According to a Reddit post earlier this month, one man revealed that he performs “account management for girls on OnlyFans.”

“I literally get paid by dudes to message them back. I get nice tips as well, sometimes $100-400. Next time you’re messaging that girl remember you might be talking to me,” he wrote, in part.

He also noted that he got paid “30 percent from new girls joining the platform.”

Overall, the article concludes with the idea that subscribers who flock to the creators’ DMs are “f****** themselves over” because the more time a creator spends in the DM responding to people, the less time there is for content.

“I could spend all my time chatting. But then there’d be no time to shoot photos or make videos,” said Sarah.
