Norwegian Dawn is the only cruise ship to have failed a CDC sanitation inspection so far this year, scoring 84 during a March 29 inspection in Tampa, Florida, against a passing threshold of 86.
Three other vessels passed at exactly the minimum. Carnival Breeze, Kydon, and National Geographic Sea Lion each scored 86. Sun Princess, MSC Meraviglia, and Amadea each scored 89. Those seven represent the lowest-scoring vessels among inspections reviewed this year, drawn from the CDC's published inspection data.
