Only Fools and Horses stars Sir David Jason and Nicholas Lyndhurst are reported to no be longer speaking.
The actors played market trader brothers Del Boy and Rodney in the classic comedy sitcom which began in 1981. The hugely successful series ran on the BBC for more than 20 years.
However, after filming their final scenes as the Trotters for a one-off charity special in 2014, the pair have lost contact and no longer speak.
Sir David Jason has spoken out about their friendship, but also revealed the pair have lost touch in recent years. The 82-year-old actor said: "He's much more, how can I say, self-contained, perhaps, than he used to be.
"So, unfortunately, we don't see each other as much as I'd like to. But that's how things work out sometimes," he added.
It's believed that Nicholas has also stayed out of the limelight after his 20-year-old son Archie died suddenly in 2020. Archie tragically died from a brain haemorrhage caused by acute lymphoblastic leukaemia.
Sir David admitted that he's sad they aren't doing the series together any more. He explained: "I miss it terribly. It wasn't like going to work. It was going to have some fun with your mates. We loved each other."
The pair starred alongside each other for more than two decades, with Only Fools and Horses going on to become one of the nation's most loved programmes.
Sir David also joked that he still reprises his famous role of Del Boy when doing meet and greets with fans. He said: "I do morph into Del sometimes to make people laugh. I enjoy it.
"I realise it's a pretty low shot but it makes life easier for me on occasion. When I meet people sometimes, they're a bit stiff and awkward to get on with."
