Cardiff-based HSG Group has acquired Oxford-based The School Lunch Company as it looks to build its portfolio of businesses between South Wales and London.
HSG, which primarily offers facilities management services, will see its group turnover exceed £20m in the current financial year on the back of the acquisition - the value of which has not been disclosed.
The School Lunch Company, which was established over nine years ago, will retain its branding and the 184 staff it currently employs whilst becoming part of the HSG Group.
