Fancy owning a working windmill? The Grade II*-listed Bardwell Windmill and its adjoining cottage are up for auction this month with a guide price of £350,000 to £400,000.

Painted black with a white cap and sails, Bardwell Windmill has been in the same family since 1987 and is now on the market for the first time in almost 40 years.
