Britain's youngest ever EuroMillions winner has “shut down” the zoo he bought for his mother in law, according to reports.
Matthew Topham was 23 when he and his wife Cassey Carrington won £45 million in 2012.
In 2020 he spent £600,000 treating his mother in law Jane to Rushmoor Country Park in Louth, Lincolnshire.
The petting zoo was filled with pigs, rabbits, horses and llamas among other animals.
Families also enjoyed coming for the thrice daily falconry shows.
However its last social media post was last year when the centre told its fans it had decided “not to open” in 2022, and promised updates.
Its official website and Facebook page have also been taken down and it is permanently closed, according to Google, reports the Sun.
Last year’s social media post reads: “After a lot of thought, we have come to the decision not to open this year (2022).
“We will keep everyone updated on our future plans, once they have been decided on.
“Thank you for your support, Rushmoor Team.”
The update on the farm comes after Euromillions winner Topham was spared jail in 2021 for killing Jane Reglar, 75, in a head-on crash on Christmas Day, 2019.
The then 31-year-old admitted causing death by careless driving, but was cleared by a jury of causing death by dangerous driving.
He was given a 16 weeks suspended sentence and a one year driving ban.
In court he had said he took his eyes off the road for a “split second” to pick up a teddy dropped by his two-year-old son when he hit Jane.
In a statement after the hearing he said: “I cannot begin to express the remorse I feel.
“I am deeply sorry for my actions and the devastating impact that they have had on the Regler family, and I will carry that guilt with me forever.”
Judge Sjolin Knight praised the victim's husband Rodney Regler, 78, for being “extremely dignified” in the victim impact statement he gave to the court.
He said: “No matter what happens nothing can bring my wife back to me and I go through each day knowing this.
“It has ruined my life and I’m sure it has ruined the other driver’s too but I will not let this dictate my life.
“I bear the driver no malice but I will never forgive him for what he has done to me and my family.”
