One of best rated B&Bs in Nottingham goes up for sale for £1.5 million

One of the top ranked B&Bs in Nottingham is up for sale for the price of £1.5 million. Mama's Inn Boutique Hotel is located on Mansfield Road and is a boutique hotel in a Grade II listed building, offering 10 individually themed en suite rooms for guests in the city centre.

The "well established" and "highly regarded" hotel was built in the mid-19th century - originally created by a Royal Charter of King Edward VI. The venue occupies two Victorian townhouses and its rooms focus on a different city from around the world - from Paris, to St Petersburg and Venice.

It offers rooms for £90 on its website and around £100 on Tripadvisor - it was ranked as the best bed and breakfast on the website as of last month.
