The Cleveland Browns will be looking to make significant changes to their roster via the 2023 NFL Draft and through free agency. NFL insider Albert Breer seems to think the Browns may have a big move up their sleeve as well.
While the Browns are currently a bit strapped for cash, there will plenty of opportunity to change that as highly paid players like John Johnson III will see the door, and guys like Deshaun Watson and Myles Garrett could see their contracts restructured to create cap space today.
Here is one free agent from each team that the Browns could get in contact with as they look to scratch and claw back into the postseason in 2023.
