House prices in Bristol have soared, with both the renters' and buyers' markets being impacted by rising mortgage rates. And now people are facing bills of more than £3K a month just to rent a single bed flat.
One of the most expensive one-bedroom flats on Rightmove currently is going for £3.8K in Filton. The home is around 1.3 miles from Parkway Station and around 20 minutes from the city centre.
It features a fully furnished open-plan kitchen, one modern bathroom and an airy lounge. The entire apartment is on one floor.
