Excitement is building in Liverpool as On the Waterfront returns today.
The music festival returns to our iconic waterfront with another line-up of talented artists. It is the first event staged at the Pier Head since Eurovision in May and fans will be hoping to once again experience the amazing scenes we saw back then.
