On heroin delivery, 2 thrash de-addiction clinic owner

PANCHKULA: High drama was witnessed after a doctor along with his assistant was dragged outside his de-addiction clinic in Sector 12 A and thrashed by two people who had come to deliver heroin to one of the patients admitted on Sunday.

One of the accused was arrested and a case of attempt to murder and under NDPS Act was registered.
