Sanjana Sanghi of ‘Dil Bechara’ fame is all set to come out of her girl-next-door image and experiment with her first ever action flick ‘Om: The Battle Within’, co-starring Aditya Roy Kapur. As the makers of the film have locked 1st July 2022 for the theatrical release of the promising action drama, here’s what Sanjana Sanghi has to say about collaborating with Aditya, her work experience on the sets and more.
Speaking to ETimes about stepping into a new avatar, Sanjana says, “I have ventured into the action genre with ‘Om’ and I am extremely excited for the audience to see Adi (Aditya Roy Kapur) and me in this avatar. Of course, he has done it before. For me, it’s a jump into a different genre after ‘Dil Bechara’. It’s something I never saw getting the opportunity to do so early in my career. But I have discovered a whole new side to myself as a performer and I can't wait for it to come out and see how people receive it. I am very happy and proud of the work we have put into ‘Om’."
