RAIPUR: With an eye on assembly elections in Chhattisgarh in 2023, BJP has handed over the charge of party affairs in the state to former Rajya Sabha member and senior leader from Rajasthan Om Prakash Mathur.
Gearing up for the elections, this is the third major change within two months after member of parliament Arun Sao was appointed state president and Narayan Chandel was appointed as leader of the opposition in the assembly in August.
