There are intense discussions between shooters and their coaches.... the mental fitness coaches are on their toes, monitoring, gauging the mood of their students. It feels like the grand finale of a talent show where the winners will be declared soon. It's the concluding phase of the Olympic Shooting Trials for the Paris Games.
Top five shooters in each category - including two quota winners - are fighting for two berths for the Olympics. The smaller group makes the competition even more intense. Those who have won the quotas are facing the pressure to defend it and for others it's a chance to prove that they can shoot a couple of notches above.
