Olivia Rodrigo has revealed she has been diagnosed with partial hearing loss.
Appearing on Kiss Radio on Thursday (11 June) to discuss her new album You Seem Pretty Sad For A Girl So In Love, the singer shocked hosts Tyler West and Chloe Burrows when she revealed that she is 60 per cent deaf in one ear.
“So, if you were to sit on this side of me [points to the left] and try to tell me a secret, I couldn't make out what you were saying.”
Pointing to her right ear, she continued: “So, if you tell me a secret, go right here.”
She had previously told The Hollywood Reporter that she learned she was partially deaf when she was in kindergarten. “They were doing the tests on all the kids, and they were like, ‘Oh, you're a little hard of hearing.'"
