The family of Olivia Pratt-Korbel have released details of her funeral.
Nine-year-old Olivia was at home with her mum and older siblings in Kingsheath Avenue, Dovecot, when a gunman burst through the door at around 10pm on Monday, August 22. The killer was in pursuit of 35-year-old Joseph Nee, who forced his way into the house after noticing Olivia's mum, 46-year-old Cheryl Korbel, open the door to see what was going on outside.
The gunman shot Nee, Cheryl and little Olivia before running away down Finch Lane. Officers scooped and ran with Olivia to Alder Hey Children's Hospital in the back of a police car, but the nine-year-old was pronounced dead one hour later.
