Olivia Newton-John's daughter Chloe Lattanzi has shared her one worry as she reveals she's planning a complete image overhaul.
The daughter of the late Grease actress, 36, opened up about her surgical enhancements in a candid video shared with her social media followers on Monday (October 3).
Chloe's upload comes after some quizzed the star over her decision to have surgical enhancement work while promoting anti-vaccination theories across her social media pages.
Addressing her 145,000 followers, the singer and actress said: "It's an ongoing process, I've had the fillers removed from my face.
"When I had it done, I had body dysmorphia so I had very low self-esteem."
She went on to add: "I think I started doing [fillers] about 10 years ago, my face looked very puffy and strange.
"There's a product called hyaluronidase that can take it out, it basically dissolves it, which is an ongoing process that I go through."
The star later explained that she regrets her decision to go under the knife to have breast implants aged 18 while in Australia.
"When I had my breasts done I had very low self-esteem," she said, before continuing: "I also wasn't aware, I trusted anyone in a white coat and I wasn't aware that there was any side effects or consequences.
"I'm actually looking into removing them, it does cost a lot of money."
Previously, Chloe had revealed that she had undergone two boob jobs to rectify a previous "botched" job.
While opening up about her plan to showcase a more natural look, the blonde bombshell spoke candidly about her lip filler, admitting that her pout will never be the same again.
Chloe said: "With my lips, I had them injected so much that they are permanently stretched out.
"Not that this is anyone's business, but it hurt to see some of these comments and I just wanted to educate people.
"You can believe me or not, but it's the truth, from having them filled so much, they're just stretched, I haven't had them done in years."
In the past, Chloe has spoken about her decision to have cosmetic surgery, explaining she was in a "dark space" and said it was an "addiction" while knowing the risks of the procedures.
She stated that her decision to have filler and surgical enhancement was a way to "feel like I was good enough".
