Love Island star Olivia Bowen revealed her post-baby body just three weeks after giving birth to her baby boy, Abel Jacob.
Olivia and Alex Bowen, who met on Love Island in 2016, welcomed a baby boy on 10 June after keeping the sex a surprise throughout her pregnancy.
And now, the star took to her Instagram page to share a sweet montage video of her pregnancy journey.
In each clip, she can be seen cradling her baby bump as it grows over the months.
The video ends with her beautiful baby boy being lifted into the air before she lowers him down to give him a kiss.
Alex then shows up to embrace his wife and newborn son.
"4 weeks in – 3 weeks out," she captioned the post. "Just making myself cry this morning looking back on my pregnancy journey.
"This is your sign to document EVERYTHING! I took so many bump pics, one every 2/3 weeks actually to see baby grow & I’m so glad I have this to cry over when I fancy.
"It’s amazing what a woman’s body can do."
She also wore underwear in the final clip and showed what her post-baby body looks like.
Fans were in awe and fawned over her and her family in the comment section.

Another commented: "I have goosebumps… so beautiful! Love you guys."

The reality star recently opened up about the triggering birth of Abel in a social media post.

A fan asked her during a Q&A : "did you have an episiotomy" – defined as an incision made in the perineum, the tissue between the vaginal opening and the anus – during childbirth.
She didn't shirk the post and let her followers in on what happened.
Olivia wrote: "After everything else, I ended up having an episiotomy with my forcep delivery in the theatre.
"It wasn't how I imagined, but we were so grateful he was just out safely. I'll go into detail soon."
She previously responded to a person who asked how Abel's birth was.
Olivia explained: "I worry about sharing a birth story which is maybe a little daunting."
