Olivia Bowen beams as she breastfeeds on return to work five weeks after giving birth

Love Island star Olivia Bowen looked radiant as she returned to work less than five weeks after giving birth to son Abel.

Olivia, 28, starred in the 2016 series of the highly-popular ITV2 dating show where she finished as runner-up with Alex Bowen.

The couple have gone from strength to strength since leaving the Spanish villa and got engaged in 2017. They have since developed a profitable business portfolio and got married in 2018.

Their family expanded to three last month when the couple welcomed their first child together in son Abel. Olivia was quick to get back to the grind, returning just 32 days after giving birth.

The video, which had Beyonce's new single Break My Soul accompanying it, had the caption: "Back & I’m better. Back to work today on a fabulous shoot around London with an incredible brand & my baby AJ in tow.

"I am so tired now, like I said on my stories I was so nervous but wanted to do this for me & to kick anxieties ass!

She added: "I feel SO accomplished; doing what I love, being unapologetically me AND being Mum at the same time. Don’t lose yourself Mamas, you deserve to be YOU too.

"Couldn’t do it without my team @ab_bowen @charhilditch @annalingis."

Olivia also shared photos and videos of her return to work on her Instagram story which included getting her make-up done, walking her son in a pram to location, sneaking in "cuddle time" en route to their next location and Abel's naps.

Last week, the former Love Island favourite opened up about her mental health in a candid post following the birth of her first child.

She revealed she suffers from "really bad anxiety" and has felt "overwhelmed" since the arrival of Abel on June 10.

Olivia wrote on her Instagram story: "Won't lie guys I've had some harddd days last week & today. Some real bad anxiety last week & just so overtired & overwhelmed today.

"I had some amazing days too though, and that's the thing - you get good ones & you get hard ones" (sic).
