A Grade II listed former school has been transformed into new homes.
The historic building, on Devonshire Place, Prenton, dates back to the 1870s when it was originally built for George Rae and his family. Designed by Edmund Kirby, the grand red brick property was later used as a Catholic prep school, until it closed in 2019.
Called Redcourt, the impressive building was home to Redcourt St Anselm's. Plans were approved in 2021 to turn the listed building into 13 two-bedroom apartments and two one-bedroom apartments.
