The Oklahoma City Thunder announced on Saturday a pair of minor roster moves.
The Thunder announced they have waived guard Jahmi’us Ramsey a day after initially signing him and signed guard Jaden Shackelford.
Both moves were likely motivated so that the Thunder could gain the G League rights of both players and put them on the OKC Blue when their season begins in November.
Shackelford saw time in four games with the Thunder summer league team and in 33 games (32 starts) at Alabama last season, he averaged 16.6 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.5 assists.
Shackelford will likely see limited action in preseason — if any at all.
