OK folks. Here we go. It’s March, and it’s time to get the madness going for the Ohio State basketball team in the Big Ten Tournament. To be fair, it seems like a little mayhem has already taken place with this team as it stumbled down the stretch the last week of the season, but now is the time when the Buckeyes can hopefully recharge and rest for a postseason run.
OSU — seeded No. 6 — will host the No. 11 seeded Penn State Nittany Lions in Gainbridge Fieldhouse out in Indianapolis and it’s win or go home time. Penn State is coming off of a first-round game in which it outlasted Minnesota on Wednesday night and now it must turn right back around and try to beat an Ohio State team that should be motivated to get a bad taste out of its mouth from the loss to Michigan to end the regular season just a few days ago.
