After last week, the buzz surrounding the game at Wisconsin this weekend seems a bit subdued. But it really shouldn’t be. Winning at Madison, especially at night, is never an easy task, and Ohio State will be coming off of a very emotional and physical win over a top ten Penn State team.
Buckeye head coach Ryan Day is tasked with trying to keep his team motivated and engaged as the team prepares to jump on the plane and make the trip to Wisconsin, but first things first, he met with the local media on Tuesday to discuss the status of the team and preview what he sees from the Badgers.
During his time at the podium, Day discussed the chances of getting some of the injured players back, the emergence of receiver Carnell Tate, the challenge of traveling to play at Wisconsin, and more.
Ohio State and Wisconsin are set to kick off in a prime time night affair at 7:30 p.m. ET. It should be another good one, and we’ll be around before, during and after the game for extensive coverage.
