College football can be a little funny these days with all of the big money contracts, especially with the Big Ten and the various network partners it has. Rather than knowing the game time of certain games just a few weeks out, we often have to wait until the networks battle it out.
Such is the case with many games this year and it seems things just got ironed out for the Iowa contest. According to an announcement by CBS, it will be picking up the Buckeyes vs. Hawkeyes on Saturday, Oct. 5 and televising it in their marquee window of 3:30 p.m. ET.
Ohio State has already been on CBS once this season when it opened the season by hosting Akron. There are still a lot of future Big Ten games still to be decided and announced, but as they are, we’ll bring it to you.
We’re heading back to the Horseshoe for a B1G TIME showdown on the banks of the Olentangy!
