It’s time for the CBS Sports Classic and Saturday couldn’t come soon enough. Ohio State dropped one at Penn State a week ago and it was a game the team should’ve won. It’s time to move on and forget about the past.
The Buckeyes get ready to face UCLA at State Farm Arena in Atlanta. This will be the ninth year of the CBS Sports Classic. Ohio State has played in the event every year with an overall record of 4-4. Chris Holtmann’s team was supposed to play in 2021, but the event was canceled due to COVID.
This will be the 13th meeting between the Bruins and Buckeyes with the series currently tied at six apiece. The last time these two faced off, UCLA came away with a 77-70 win in 2020.
