Ohio: Police dog released on Black man with hands raised during traffic stop

Investigations are under way in the US state of Ohio after police unleashed a dog on a truck driver who had left the vehicle with his hands raised after a traffic stop.

The lengthy pursuit on July 4 and the ensuing attack were captured on a police body camera.
