A man in Ohio was filmed apparently licking a woman’s backside while she stood at a service counter, seemingly unaware of what had happened, according to a video shared on Instagram. The clip looks to have been recorded by a security camera and was later posted by Instagram user @titan.carter.
The video appears to show the man, dressed in a white t-shirt and a bandana, standing at a counter that resembles a bank service desk. A woman wearing a patterned blouse stood beside him, mostly facing away, holding a dark tumbler.
