At long last, the field is finally set.
The race to cut down the nets in Houston for the 2023 men’s NCAA tournament will begin Tuesday with First Four matchups in Dayton. The selection committee unveiled the field Sunday, with the full list of 68 teams now set in the bracket.
Claiming the No. 1 seeds were Alabama, Houston, Kansas and Purdue, while the last four at-large teams in the field teams were Mississippi State, Pittsburgh, Arizona State and Nevada. Alabama clinched the SEC tournament title on Sunday, while Nevada earned a bid despite dropping its final three games of the season.
