Officers concerned for welfare of missing 61-year-old South Gloucestershire woman

Officers are concerned for the welfare of a 61-year-old woman who is missing from South Gloucestershire.

Bridget was seen leaving her home in Kingswood at around 10.45am this morning (Saturday, March 19) - but is known to frequent other areas including St George, Easton and Bristol city centre.

She is described as white, around 5ft 5ins, of a medium build and with dark purple hair.

Avon and Somerset Police said: "Have you seen 61-year-old Bridget?

"She was last seen leaving her home in Kingswood at around 10.45am and we are concerned for her welfare. She is described as white, around 5ft 5ins, of a medium build and with dark purple hair.

"When last seen, she was wearing a bright red coat, blue jeans and purple shoes. She is known to frequent Kingswood, Easton cemetery and Bristol city centre."
