Bodycam footage captures the moment that police officers caught a little girl and a dog after they were thrown from the top of a burning building in California.

Video released by Milpatas Police Department on Tuesday (24 February) shows officers running towards the engulfed apartment building, which had thick plumes of smoke rising from it.
