In the video, she alleged that she faced repeated problems at work, raised complaints with the HR department and senior management, and felt that her concerns were not adequately addressed. She also claimed that after she continued raising complaints, the situation became more difficult and that some of her juniors were allegedly pressured to file complaints against her, which led to her taking the step of resigning.
