Leasing of office spaces in top 9 cities stood at a record 66.4 million square feet during January-September on better demand, especially for establishing Global Capability Centres (GCCs), according to CBRE.

The leasing of office spaces rose 8 per cent year-on-year across nine major cities -- Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Kochi.
