Off The Rails coffee shop set to open in 'unique' location next to Queen Street Station

A new coffee shop is set to open later this month in an exciting city centre location.

Off The Rails will take over the former Caffe Nero building on Dundas Street, next to Queen Street Station and will feature a sleek, modern interior, perfect for commuters to nip in for a quick coffee.

The new debut cafe venture from Glasgow business duo, Kevin Campbell and Toni Carbajosa, will bring freshly roasted, artisan coffee to those coming to and from Glasgow, students and city centre workers. Off The Rails will be open seven days a week and will also provide some fresh, grab-and-go salads, tasty sandwiches, savoury snacks and tempting bakes.

The new location will seat 20 customers, while the Off The Rails’ quirky coffee cup has been popping up across the city, teasing the opening of the highly-anticipated cafe.

Speaking about the opening, manager, Rachel Smith said: “We’re so excited to finally announce our opening of Off The Rails. The cafe has been a long time coming, and our team has put in so much work behind the scenes, pulling together a space that we think will bring something really unique to Glasgow city centre.

"Our focus is on good coffee and good people, so we’re looking forward to revealing more and finally opening our doors! We promise it will be worth the wait.”
