Holm is regarded as emerging star and has been a regular in the Valerenga first team since his late teens.
He has been chased by a clutch of clubs and was subject of a bid from Copenhagen in January, however, he now appears poised for Glasgow with personal terms set to be agreed – report TV2 in his homeland. Brendan Rodgers is set for face-to-face talks with Dermot Desmond and is set for a new playmaker at his disposal if he agrees a Parkhead return.
