Pakistan plans to dispatch a security delegation to India to assess the venues prior to granting approval for the national team's journey to the neighboring nation for the upcoming ICC ODI World Cup, according to an official source within the Inter-Provincial Coordination (Sports) Ministry.
The timing of the security delegation's visit will be determined by the government, in consultation with the foreign and interior ministries, following the appointment of the new chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board after the conclusion of the Eid holidays.
