The odds are in the New York Yankees’ favor to retain superstar outfielder Aaron Judge.
DraftKings released its betting odds for Judge’s next team, and the Yankees clock in at the top to keep their best player from hitting free agency with -165 odds.
After breaking Roger Maris’ American League home run record this past season, Judge should be in for a historic payday on his next contract.
There has been some fervor as to whether or not Judge could chase a title with a new team, but DraftKings feels, for now, that a reunion is the most likely scenario.
Though, the sportsbook feels that the San Francisco Giants (+300) and Los Angeles Dodgers (+450) could woo Judge away to the West Coast and have the best odds at present to spoil a Judge/Yankees re-signing.
The New York Mets (+1000) and Boston Red Sox (+1600) have the best odds on the list of long-shot contenders.
