'Oddly calming': Aussies prepare for Ironman triathlon

Perhaps it's because Penny Slater knows exactly what is coming, while Regan Hollioake is about to make her debut.

But as Slater talks of "getting nervous" ahead of her fourth Hawaiian Ironman triathlon world championships, Hollioake says the build-up has been "oddly calming".
