Obesity is a serious health concern worldwide. Health agencies and experts have been urging people to follow a healthy lifestyle in order to keep their weight under control. People are being encouraged to engage in physical activity and eat healthy food. As per the World Health Organisation (WHO), more than 650 million people are obese. "Most of the world's population live in countries where overweight and obesity kills more people than underweight," it says. According to a new study, obesity may increase a woman's menopause symptoms and decrease the amount of relief she receives from hormone treatment. The findings of the study will be revealed during The Menopause Society's 2023 Annual Meeting in Philadelphia.
