Nurse cornered by racist patient trying to 'stab him to death' after alarm didn't go off

A mental health nurse was left fighting for his life after being cornered by a racist patient who tried to "stab him to death" - and his personal alarm failed to go off.

Edward Inatimi was racially abused and physically attacked by Raymond Pearse, 74, on April 18 last year.

The nurse was left bleeding from wounds to his stomach after the violent attack, North Wales Live reports.
