Nunns of Grimsby is celebrating being named as Britain’s best Mazda dealership in its 30th year representing the brand.
Outstanding sales and customer experience have been recognised by the Mazda UK network in the anniversary year for the Altyre Way team.
The family-run business first started selling Mazdas in 1992, having launched with used motors in 1975.

It has just secured first place in the Mazda UK All Stats League, which recognises the two key metrics.
The success has led to a presentation of a commemorative plaque.
Paul Nunn, second generation dealer principal, said: “We are incredibly proud of our dedicated team at Nunns Mazda who aim to achieve a first-class customer experience throughout the customer journey and we are truly grateful for the recognition we have received.
“In every aspect of our business, Nunns Mazda is committed to exceeding the needs and expectations of our customers, and this ethos will continue to be at the heart of everything we do in the future.
"We enjoy building relationships with our expanding loyal customer base and challenging our team to make every interaction with our customers a special one, but we also recognise that it’s also important for us to look after our community too, which is why I’m blown away by what we have achieved in the last 30 years.
“We enjoy representing Mazda as the cars are so exciting, capable and fun to drive, and we’ve carried this spirit of fun into work we do with the community. From our long-standing charitable partnership with St Andrew’s Hospice, to sponsorship of local events such as Caistor Running Club’s Lincolnshire Wolds Tough Ten, we’re proud to be of value within the community.”
Colleagues have served throughout the Mazda years, while customers are still on board from the early Nineties launch.
Jeremy Thomson, managing director at Mazda UK, said: “It was an absolute pleasure to be at Nunns Mazda and to recognise the hard work, dedication and commitment demonstrated by Michael Nunn and the team over the last three decades. The industry has significantly evolved in the last 30 years, but with the focused team at Nunns Mazda combined with the exciting Mazda vehicles on offer, the dealership has been an integral part of our success in the UK.”
Attention is now turning to the arrival of the first plug-in hybrid vehicle, the Mazda CX-60.
“We look forward to seeing what the future brings as the Mazda range continues to evolve, and the next 30 years of representing the brand in Grimsby and the surrounding areas,” Mr Nunn added, having recently introduced Isuzu to Grimsby.
