It is likely, even if you don’t drive, that you will need a car seat at some point in your baby’s life - be it for taxi journeys or perhaps for travelling with friends or family. Hiring or borrowing a car seat could be risky, in that you cannot guarantee it hasn’t been in an accident and will therefore offer the best protection for your baby.
